Product Description
Inventor IFilter lets you index and search Autodesk Inventor documents. It extends Microsoft Indexing Service to extract metadata from Inventor Assembly Documents, Drawing Documents, Presentation Documents and Part Documents. For better integration with Microsoft applications Inventor IFilter also outputs common office document properties such as 'DocTitle', 'DocAuthor' and others.
Inventor IFilter supports Internet Information Server, SharePoint Portal Server, Windows SharePoint Services (WSS), Site Server, Exchange, SQL Server and all other products based on Microsoft Search technology.

Inventor IFilter requires Windows NT 4.0, Windows 2000, Windows XP or Windows 2003.
Autodesk Inventor Design Tracking software must be installed on the machine in order for Inventor IFilter to work. Autodesk Inventor Design Tracking software is freely available from Autodesk website.
